(15) The State Department of Health shall issue a certificate of need in general hospital service area No. 4 for the establishment and equipping of a center which provides facilities and services for outpatient radiation oncology therapy, outpatient medical oncology therapy, and appropriate support services including the provision of radiation therapy services. The provision of Section 41-7-193(1) regarding substantial compliance with the projection of need as reported in the current State Health Plan is waived for the purpose of this subsection.
